HOW DID WE EVEN GET HERE?
I came up through e-commerce, not agencies. I learned the hard way by launching offers, managing inventory and cash, and feeling the daily ROAS swings. Out of necessity, I built a system: simple account structures, rapid creative sprints, disciplined testing, and clear readouts tied to contribution margin.
Friends asked for help; then more did. 94ROAS formed around that operator’s playbook. To keep speed and alignment, I integrated our UGC studio (HELLOUGC) directly into media buying with strategy, briefs, scripts, sourcing, shoots, statics/motion edits, and variant packs built for testing, not just “making content.”
I still run my own brands. That’s the difference. We treat budgets like our own, tell you what worked and why, and skip the promises we can’t prove.
